The Christian Resource Group

Opinion. Observation. Application.

Today someone was upset over an issue and made a compelling and intense reason as to why it was my fault.  Interestingly, it didn’t bother me.  Not only that, it didn’t bother me one bit.  I find that while on three different strong heart medications (especially the one that slows down the heart itself) the calmer I am in the face of intense situations.  At this point–living on “bonus time” using “bonus days” material items that break, wear out, or wear down, (things that can be fixed) just don’t deserve ANY of my emotional, physical or mental energy.  I SURE WISH I HAD REACHED THIS CONCLUSION 45 YEARS AGO!

Every day is a Bonus Day.

Much Love,
